Bookings & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, fees, and taxes are shown before you confirm. Payment is processed securely; your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Guest Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and identity information.
• Treat each property and its neighbours with respect, and follow house rules.
• Be responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
• Comply with the maximum occupancy and check-in/check-out times for your rental.

Property Listings

We aim to describe every property accurately. Photos and amenities are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur. Exact addresses are shared after booking is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MPC Vacations is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your stay. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
